Thank you for the food. I've written out my thoughts below.
Taste: 4 / 10 I didn't know what was in this. It tasted fine but the chunks were a weird texture.
Creativity: 5 / 10 It's okay. The chunks were really not great.
Execution: 2 / 10 Kind of lumpy. Really wish I'd known what you put in this. I don't know what kind of soup it is.
Is it soup?: I guess
I don't want to sound ungrateful but my soup was better.
