Arcanine is pretty cute.

HM it's a hard toss up but I think I have to go with Eevee (reminds me of Pabu!), Onix (obvs), and Machamp! I think he'd give good hugs.

Nobody said they had to be cute, since when was that a requirement? You pick the ones that are good for battling. That's the point.
